Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to contribute to several landmark projects. These include the first generation of offshore wind power installations in Germany, the construction of offshore oil platforms in Canada, and most recently Finland’s pioneering deep geological nuclear waste disposal project — the first of its kind in the world. My experience is strongly rooted in site-based project work, where I have been responsible for project coordination, supplier audits, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), technical planning, and quality assurance. I combine strong technical knowledge with hands-on field experience, ensuring that engineering requirements are effectively implemented on site. Teamwork has always been at the core of how I work. I am comfortable operating in both project leadership roles and hands-on field supervision, supporting welding teams and contractors to achieve high standards of safety, quality, and performance. I am particularly motivated by continuous improvement and innovation, and I enjoy working with new technologies, advanced welding methods, and modern project practices that improve productivity and project outcomes.
